Acquired mobile app → functional web product

Know what can be reused before rebuilding.

A two-business-day technical blueprint for an existing React Native app. We map ownership, backend access, web compatibility, the smallest useful browser experience, and a fixed implementation path.

Why the map comes first

A live app reduces product risk—not technical uncertainty.

The browser version may reuse accounts, data, APIs, and business rules while replacing mobile-only navigation, location, media, notifications, and layout behavior.

01

Acquisition gaps

Source code, backend ownership, production access, API keys, and admin tools may not have transferred together.

02

False code reuse

React Native is not automatically web-ready. Expo setup and native packages decide what can actually be shared.

03

Scope inflation

“Same app on web” can hide auth, profiles, discovery, hosting, joining, moderation, chat, payments, and responsive desktop behavior.

What you receive

Four artifacts that make the build quotable.

01

Custody map

Repository, backend, database, authentication, storage, domains, deployment, analytics, and required access gaps.

02

Compatibility map

Reusable logic and components, mobile-only dependencies, API constraints, and the safest React or Next.js route.

03

Web MVP boundary

Prioritized flows such as sign-in, profile, event discovery, event detail and join, hosting, and required moderation controls.

04

Build decision

Milestones, acceptance criteria, major risks, delivery range, and a fixed quote for the agreed first web release.

Two-business-day plan

Fast enough to keep the acquisition moving.

DAY 1 · ACCESSVerify

Confirm ownership, architecture, backend, APIs, authentication, data, and deployment surfaces.

DAY 1 · PRODUCTTrace

Walk the live mobile journeys and identify the smallest browser experience that creates value.

DAY 2 · SCOPESeparate

Mark reusable, adaptable, and web-only work with dependencies and acceptance criteria.

DAY 2 · DECISIONQuote

Deliver the blueprint, review it once, and issue the implementation milestones and fixed price.

Required inputs

Enough access to replace guesses with evidence.

We start after confirming the exact inputs and a safe handoff method. Read-only access is preferred wherever it is available.

Straight answers

Before the blueprint starts.

Does the $500 include coding?

No. It pays for the evidence review, reusable-versus-rebuild map, MVP definition, acceptance criteria, and implementation quote.

What if the acquired app is missing access?

The blueprint identifies each custody gap and the safest recovery sequence before a web build depends on it.

Do you need production credentials?

No. Read-only access, API documentation, a non-production test account, and an architecture walkthrough are preferred. Secrets should use an agreed secure handoff only when genuinely required.

How is payment handled?

Crypto is preferred. We confirm the asset, network, USD conversion timestamp, amount, address, confirmations, and fees in writing before transfer. Card or ACH remains available.
